Overview
Mario Trans Logistic is a transport and removals company aiming to stand out in a highly competitive industry by offering reliable and user-friendly services. The goal of this project was to redesign and modernise the company’s website to attract more leads, clarify service offerings, and improve the customer journey—especially on mobile devices. The site needed to reflect trust, efficiency, and professionalism, while also supporting business growth through better visibility and usability.
My Role
I led the UX and UI design for the entire website. My responsibilities included wireframing, layout design, content structuring, and working closely with the client to align the visual identity with their business goals. I also supported logo development, ensuring that the design aligned with both the brand's tone and the expectations of its audience.
The Brief
The client wanted a clean, functional website that would help build credibility and generate regular customer enquiries. One of the key business targets was to secure at least four confirmed leads per month through the website to trigger ongoing client investment. The site also needed to support future growth and potential integration with instant quoting tools and international logistics options.

Challenges
The biggest challenge was ensuring the website looked professional and trustworthy while remaining simple and easy to use. The original site lacked structure, hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness, which made it difficult for users to understand services or take action. Another challenge was crafting copy and visual elements that communicated clarity across diverse audiences, some of whom may not speak English as a first language.

Solutions
I designed a responsive, mobile-first layout with clearly defined service categories, intuitive navigation, and strong visual hierarchy. I used bold CTAs, a clean grid structure, and soft contrast colours to guide the user naturally toward making contact. We included testimonials and service breakdowns to build trust and transparency, and added visual cues to simplify the quoting process.
The logo was refined to be more modern and versatile, ensuring it worked across digital and print formats. While the client opted to keep the visual brand modest, I ensured the final product had consistency and credibility throughout.
